If your message is regarding a technical issue please provide a screen shot using your phone camera or using a browser screen shot utility whenever possible and include it with your email to our support team.
Provide in Subject (Specify: 2nd login screen, Course expired – reset needed, Need login details, Help with certificate ,etc.) Message (Please provide details) Be sure to include your name, cell phone # and phone # in case we need to reach you.
